How do I enrol in a course?
Open a course page and choose Enrol. Free courses open immediately; paid courses ask for payment first. You need an account, and we bring you straight back to the course after you sign up.
Can I preview a course before enrolling?
Yes. Lessons marked Preview on the course page can be watched without an account.
Do I get a certificate?
Courses that offer one show a certificate badge on the course page. You earn it by completing the course.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email you a six-digit code to set a new one.
How do I become a tutor?
Create an account, then apply from your profile. An administrator reviews applications and emails you a decision.
How do I get a refund?
Contact support from the contact page with your order reference. Refund handling depends on the course policy.
